The shuttle drivers were awesome, but my room had weird electrical issues.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for work. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good selection to start the day. The hotel offers convenient amenities such as a business center with free high-speed Internet access and an exercise room, which were beneficial for my business needs.

Initial impressions were concerning due to the surrounding neighborhood, which felt unsafe with a liquor store across the street. Staff interactions were frustrating. attempts to get taxi assistance were met with indifference. A break-in incident during our outing led to a lack of support from the hotel when we needed it most. Despite these issues, the room itself was spacious, accommodating our family well, and there was a surprisingly inviting array of Spanish food options nearby.

The room was pretty comfy, with enough space for us to move around, which is nice. I really appreciated the clean bathroom and effective air conditioning. But honestly, the walls are super thin, so I heard every little noise from the hall. The decor is nice for a budget spot, but the overall size was a bit of a squeeze for a family. Still, the bed was surprisingly cozy after a long day. They had some decent amenities too, like a fridge and microwave, which helped with our snacks.

Rooms are spacious with handy microwaves and fridges. Plus, the fenced parking lot is a gem and super convenient. Easy access to the downtown area is a bonus, making our trips so simple!

Tried using the baggage cart, but it felt like I was auditioning for a circus act in the elevator! Guess I should've brought a pack mule instead!

Location is deceptive. advertised proximity to Union Station is a major stretch. The hotel lies in an unsavory area, surrounded by noise from the main road and train tracks, making for poor sleep. Breakfast service lacks attention, with food not refilled in a timely manner, leaving late arrivals out of luck. Gym facilities are limited, with broken equipment that could use an upgrade.

Exceptional Service During Busy Times!

During my stay over the 4th of July, the crowded atmosphere didn’t affect the service. I appreciated how quickly the staff responded to my requests, making each day seamless. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful array of Spanish options, perfect for satisfying evening cravings.

Great place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me find places with good exchange rates. I’ll definitely be back for my next trip!

Budget travelers need to see this!

The front desk staff were helpful and courteous,, they complied with any request we had very quickly. We had a spacious King suite for a decent price, and the breakfast was decent, with a variety that satisfied my hunger before hitting the streets.

It was just a commendable fit for short visits in Washington with excellent value for money. The breakfast had a variety of options that really helped kickstart my day. Make sure to check out the nearby food spots for different dining choices.

I loved the spacious room with a microwave and fridge. The tasty free breakfast that kicked off my mornings nicely. however, the thin walls made it hard to sleep at times. I'd definitely stay again!
